GUIDELINES:
1. All information needs to be filled in on the request form or you will not be able to proceed.
2. You are requesting a cruise that travel agencies are going to bid so you can receive the lowest price.
3. You will need to know the cruise line, ship, sailing date, how many passengers, etc. before you can proceed.
4. The price that you put in as your maximum price needs to be the total for the stateroom and include port charges and taxes. As well as airfare and or insurance, if requested. DO NOT post your price as Per Person.
5. The more specific the details that you provide will assist the agencies in getting you the lowest price. You will receive the category that you request. Specific location is not guaranteed as to forward, midship, aft, port, or starboard.
6. If you want something other than the categories listed then you need to be specific as to which category is being requested for that sailing. Agencies will bid on the specific category requested.
7. If you have any special requests or needs be sure to note that in the additional information box.
8. By submitting this request you understand that this is a binding agreement with you and the winning agency. Agencies will only base their bids on the information supplied by you.
9. Once an agency meets your request you will be obligated to finish the sale.
10. Payment is due in FULL with all winning bids. Payments are to be made in U.S. dollars.
11. If you are not sure of something ask, or look it up in the cruise info area of the auction site.
12. If you are not sure exactly what cruise you are looking for then this area is not for you. Please do some additional research and come back later.
13. Travel is non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used with any other offers or promotions.
14. There will be a $ 10.00 priority shipping fee for all cruise documents to be paid by the winning bidder. Unless the winning Travel Agency waives the fee.
