Welcome to the All Cruise Auction Terms and Conditions page...
This page describes the terms and conditions to which you must agree in order to use the All Cruise Auction as a bidder and /or as a seller. The main goal of this site is to provide a convenient way for sellers to offer travel, as well as a great way for buyers to find cruise travel at agreeable prices. In order to do this in a way that is beneficial for both buyers and sellers, All Cruise Auction has established rules and procedures. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended items on our site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective upon posting on our site. All Cruise Auction reserves the right to postpone, delay, interrupt, or cancel this or any auction for any reason Becoming a registered member is free! Click here to Register Eligibility Compliance with Laws All Cruise Auction provides an Auction Service Bids Bidding Only authorized travel agency's that are registered with the cruise lines and Cruise Line International Association (C.L.I.A.) will be able to post cruises for bidding or to bid on a Reverse Auction, for your safety. We will require a credit card authorization to be on file before any sellers will be approved to place cruises or cruise tours up for auction or to bid in the Reverse Auction area. Why does All Cruise Auction require a credit card in order to bid or sell? To make sure that we provide the safest environment for the All Cruise Auction bidders and sellers. We require a credit card to help ensure that Sellers are of a legal age. Sellers are serious about purchasing / listing an item on All Cruise Auction. You are further protected from irresponsible or fraudulent sellers. This may seem like an extreme measure, but there are really good reasons for asking for this information. For example, a single fraudulent seller can ruin the experience of one of your potential buyers - and taint there reputation for the majority of honest sellers. We realize that not all people have credit cards. Therefore, we are quickly working on a solution that will allow new sellers to participate without placing a credit card on file. All Cruise Auction's primary motivation for taking this step is to gather verifiable identifying information about users with no prior selling activity on All Cruise Auction. We believe that fraudulent auction activity not only victimizes All Cruise Auction community members, but it also undermines the trust and goodwill on which the success of the All Cruise Auction community has been built. This credit card requirement is a positive step towards enhancing the overall All Cruise Auction experience. All Cruise Auction will only allow cruises and cruise tours from all cruise lines and only cruise lines that are C.L.I.A. approved. Any other items placed for auction will be removed immediately with no refund of fees paid and the seller will be notified if this happens a second time there selling privileges will be suspended. If you are not sure about an item email All Cruise Auction with a description of the item. All cruises listed as a regular auction will be priced as a per person based on double occupancy including all port charges and gov't fees and taxes. Listings must describe the item that you are listing and may include a photo of the listed item by providing a link to the item's image. Listings are to be placed in the appropriate category. If you receive one or more bids at or above your stated minimum price, you are obligated to pay a seller's fee to All Cruise Auction and to complete the transaction with the highest bidder. You may not email bidders in a currently open auction being run by a different seller, offering similar or the same items at any price level (bid siphoning), nor may you use an alias to place bids on your auction for any reason. When the auction ends, the seller and high-bidder(s) are notified by mail. Auction results are also available for anyone to examine for a period of time. The high bidder and seller should contact each other within 3 business days of the end of the auction. If the high bidder fails to respond to the seller within 3 business days, the seller may contact the next highest bidder, and the high bidder may lose their winning place as the winning bidder. The winning bidder pays you directly for the item, and it's your responsibility to fulfill the order once payment terms are met. The binding contract of the auction is between the winning bidder and the seller. Bidders expect you to be truthful about your listing. You should be clear in your description, include any additional costs the winning bidder may incur (such as sales ax or shipping charges) and include a photo whenever possible so the bidder may get a clear view of what they are bidding on. Remember, an All Cruise Auction auction is a legal commitment to sell your item to the highest bidder. If you receive one or more bids above your minimum price, you are legally obligated to complete the transaction. A failure to do so is a breach of the User Agreement and may be legally actionable by one or more of the bidders. You may auction any merchandise you have the right to sell, as long as it complies with the User Agreement and is not on the prohibited list. Wholesaling is not allowed. Please list your item(s) in the appropriate category. Click here to get travel agency sign up form Agency Sign Up

Q. How do I place my credit card on file with All Cruise Auction so I can sell? A. You will fill out a seller's registration form and fax it to All Cruise Auction Q. Will my credit card be charged each month? A. We will create a seller's account and your credit card will be charged monthly for the previous month's activity. The amount charged to your card is based on your invoice amount, which is calculated at the end of each month. Any negative balance at the time of invoicing will result in a charge to your credit card. However, you can avoid a charge to your credit card by pre-paying your All Cruise Auction account by check or money order. Pre-payments should be received by the 20th of each month. This allows adequate time to post payment to your account prior to month end invoicing. As long as the amount you pre-pay is equal to or greater than your invoice amount, your credit card will not be charged. If the pre-payment amount is less than the invoiced amount, your credit card will be charged for the remaining amount. Q. If I don't have a credit card, is there another way that will allow me to sell on All Cruise Auction? A. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo will work as well. Otherwise all new sellers will need to place a credit card on file with All Cruise Auction to sell an item. We are currently working on another form of verification which will not require you to place your credit card on file, but will verify your personal information. We'll make an announcement when that other form is available. Q. What happens if I change my email address or User ID? A. The credit card information you placed on file will continue to work with your new email address or User ID. You will be able to change your email address or User ID without having to re-submit your credit cardinformation. Contact Us We appreciate your every visit to our site.
