- What is a Reverse Auction?
A Reverse Auction is where you post the cruise for auction and Travel Agencies will bid the price down to full fill your request.
- Can anybody place a cruise in the reverse auction?
Yes, as long as you are registered at All Cruise Auction and going on the cruise.
- Do I need any special information?
Yes, you need to know the Cruise Line, Ship, Sailing date, Type of Staterooms (categories), Knowledge of the fair market price, How many passengers (adult & children), as well to be able to complete the rest of the auction form
- How do I can I find out the information needed?
Visit the cruise info area of the auction site. Check the newspaper, and other reference areas.
- I requested a cruise, but I didn't get any bids. What happened?
If your request did not receive any bids, it's usually because your maximum price was to low or your request was not available. Research the request again.
- My price for the same cruise was higher or lower?
There are a lot of reasons for this. New cruise line promotion, Old promotion discontinued, Travel Agency has a different contract, Cruise line raised the price, different category requested. This is just to name a few of the reasons.
- Will I be guaranteed to get my cruise?
Yes, If there are bids you will receive the cruise from the travel agency that placed the lowest bid.
- What if I made a mistake in the posting of the cruise?
Be Careful....You will not be able to make any changes once you accept and submit the cruise for auction. Be Careful....
- Does it cost anything to place a cruise for auction?
No, there is no charge to you.
- When I make a request for a cruise am I obligated?
Yes, If the lowest submitted bid is equal to or lower than the maximum price, your credit card will be automatically charged this lowest bid price and you will receive an email confirmation.
There are no refunds, or changing of cruise dates. The cruise in not transferable, or refundable.
- Can I use any coupons or discount certificates?
No, since the agency will not have all of the details about the coupon or discount certificates. In other words the small print.
- Do I know which Travel Agencies are bidding for my request?
No, all bidding is done anonymously to create a competitive bidding environment. Travel Agents can only see bid amounts, but not the identity of the bidders. Similarly, we do not reveal the buyer's identity during the bidding process. Only after a bid is accepted are the buyer and travel agent identities revealed to each other. Our qualification process ensures that you are dealing with reputable, established Travel Agents.

- How do I bid on a cruise?
You need to be an approved registered Travel Agency
- How many cruises can I bid on?
You can bid on as many as you like.
- What do I base my bid on?
You will use only the information supplied by the buyer.
- What does it cost to place a bid?
Nothing, only when you are the winning agency with the lowest bid will you be charged 2% of the bid price. Don't bid if you can not fill the request. See seller sign up agreement for additional information.
